    I have been open since 2015, and for the past 6 years, I have been helping the residents of Alexandria, VA with all their phone repair needs. My specialty is repairing iPad’s, iPhones, computers, well, the rest you can read later. Most people do not consider repairing their electronic devices, instead, they would rather just go out and buy a new one. However, not only is this time-consuming, but it is also a waste of money. Why not come to me before that so I can take a look at your electronic device to see what can be done with it. I have all the necessary tools, devices, and equipment that aid me in my work, and have a reputation within the community of being fast, reliable, and honest in my work. So if I think it would be more cost-effective to ditch your old device for the latest model, I will tell you.

  • Do you only work with cash-paying customers?

    Certainly not, I also take MasterCard, cash, American Express, debit cards, Visa, and Discover, whichever method you feel more comfortable with.

  • Can you only offer your services to the residents of Alexandria, Belle Haven, Hybla Valley, Arlington VA?

    No, I also cover the following areas:

    • Belle Haven, VA;
    • Huntington, VA;
    • Rose Hill, VA;
    • Groveton, VA;
    • Hybla Valley, VA.

    To be honest, anyone that has a problem with their electronic devices or is looking for an iPad battery replacement can use my services.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

    Of course I do, how else can you compare my quote with others in the area to see how competitive my prices are?

  • Do you offer any incentives or discounts?

    I do, I offer free diagnostics, a 5% discount to all my new customers, and a 10% discount to all my senior and veteran clients.

  • Where can I see any of the work you have done?

    I have a gallery page that you can take a look at.

  • What are the working times of Tech Doc?

    I am open from the following times:

    Monday – Saturday: 12 PM – 8 PM

    Sunday: Closed
